We twittered about it a few times already... now it is time for a Sneak Preview of the Los Angeles Private Dinners Menu.
Gabriele and his Tuscan friend Marzia Rossetto will in fact start accepting bookings next Monday, November 3rd 2008; actually a few lucky ones already have their name and address punched in, on our very limited calendar.
Marzia is no disgrace to the Italian Stereotypes! She is a natural in the kitchen; able to cook for an army on a 50’s Wedgewood Stove while carrying a conversation about fashion (she opened the Just Cavalli Store in Beverly Hills a few years back) and playing with her two kids.
Together, Gabriele and Marzia will help you create the perfect Traditional Tuscan Menu that will be entirely cooked in your own kitchen: to be enjoyed as a romantic dinner, a double date, a small birthday, a dinner to impress your boss (or your wife!).

The current menu includes every recipe from the Under The Tuscan Gun video episodes already posted online, a lot of the food you will see Debi and Gabriele cook in the upcoming months, and it is pretty much a testing list for the book set to come out the 2008-2009 Holiday Season.
